Home made

Give yourself time but also… take responsibility for your spiritual practice.

It is our task and responsibility to connect within.

It is our responsibility to feel good and feel better.

It is our responsibility to choose our thoughts we feed.

It is our responsibility to choose the beliefs we keep active.

It is our responsibility to be ourselves.

It is also our responsibility to choose happiness.

Connecting within bring happiness and yes sometimes it is the only place one can find happiness for a moment, and the more one feels happy, the more that energy emanates from within attracting outside things allowing more happiness.

If energy is something difficult for you to comprehend, a more rational way of seeing this is that when you know how that feeling is precious for yourself, your well-being and your mental well-being, you start limiting what isn’t.

You know the saying happiness is homemade… it is not because it is something you create yourself, but because it is home made and Home is within yourself.

Just some food for thoughts I had in mind today.

Remember to breathe in, let go of your ego-based thoughts and vision, see from your Soul and Love Out.
