Breathe in, let go of your ego-based thoughts and vision, see from your Soul, and Love Out through a Gratitude Attitude.
In 2016 I heard it and saw it very clearly that it was going to become a book series to help people overcome ego-based beliefs and patterns keeping us from loving what is and loving our life the way it is, because it is our life, the one we live. I believe it came as an answer to my question about how was I going to teach people to develop a Gratitude Attitude?
I knew I was going to share my knowledges about that topic as I, myself, started to reprogramming myself at 17yo, not knowing then that I was reprograming my subconscious mind. I had the series visual in my mind, but I did not know yet how it was going to happen.
In 2019 I started blogging with only one idea, to bring my spiritual wisdom, my personal and professional knowledge online, easing people’s way into metaphysics and spirituality without triggering the ego and without making it a too big of a jump, just like the Dreamer’s journey… a mindfulness journey. The funny thing is I did not see then that I was actually writing and mapping my teaching through this Breathe in, Love out book series. Over the past three years I have been learning a lot about writing and publishing through courses I took, so the first tome I self-published to make it happen is in re-editing mode and the other tomes in creation. There are almost 400 articles on this blog site which are becoming 400 chapters to review and edit to make that series an Inner work experience and not just books to read.
I developed my Gratitude Attitude through my Inner work that I did since I was 17yo, and it took me 25-30 years ish before having an unconditional Gratitude Attitude. I have been a great student willing to learn so I could teach it. I walk the talk, and yes, there has not been many things that I have not personally experienced, and I believe it was for me to understand you, whoever you are.
It is only this year that my metaphysics and spiritual teaching is mapping itself out.
Although I have been teaching How to Develop a Gratitude Attitude for a few years to clients in consultations, even when it was to Reiki or Massage sessions/clients, I do believe that one must to its Inner work in lifting up the ego veil, to collaborate with the Soul and be open to accept that one can be grateful for whatever is, even when it doe not please the ego. It is mindfulness in progress. It is desiring to develop a positive mindset without ego-based conditions.
While the book series Breathe In, Love Out is not available yet, as each article is being fully edited, you can still go through the original blogs (before editing) the way they were written and inspired in which I love to shine light on your life path so you can find your own Inner light. Each article is meant to trigger your inspiration and inspired actions.
