The ego-hope train

How many times have you hopped on the ego-hope train? You know the thought you are following in thinking it is the “only” one to follow up on and to wait and see the result making you not move, or not follow other actions that could be on the same train, but the ego makes you think and believe that you must wait for the result of that one action before any another action, like if the train could only take one at a time and you must be on it until the end?

What a beautiful ego-based game of being in your own way and success this is!

I am always amazed every time I find myself on such train, seeing that there could be something else that could be done in my now, but not feeling confident in jumping off that train, like if I jump off, I might lose the hope or leave it behind, making that action useless or reaching a negative result, or never reaching its destination.

Do you know what I mean by this?

Have you ever done something and hoping all is good and all is well, yet you receive some more inspirations and inspired actions related to it, but you put them aside for “after” if this one does not work rapidly thinking that it is for after because the ego-based thought interferes; putting it aside like the next thing on your list while it was a beautiful inspired action for your now since you received it in your now and it was a completed step on its own?

When we are travelling on the ego-hope train, at first the positivity come on its own, and then we might find ourselves “working” to stay positive and hopeful, which in itself is a beautiful hint to get off, but when we are good at living a positive life, this tiny parallel path can easily be blurred by the ego-based mind wanting you to stay on its train, because it enjoys your company and it feeds on your “working” to remain hopeful.

When you decide to get off that ego-hope train, the thing is what you did and were hoping for a certain result keep being in motion whether you look at it or not; you simply follow another inspired action and each one will produce its own result in due time. And while one might not achieve the result you expected, you might discover that it was an ego-based expectation to start with, hence the new inspired action you received but did not follow, because your ego knew that all along.

Today I am inviting you to take a short inventory of your now and see if you are waiting for a result from an inspired action and you stopped following other inspired actions related to this because you are on the ego-hope train instead of continuing your own journey?

Remember to Breathe in, let go of your ego-based thoughts and vision, see from your Soul and Love Out.
