Taking a break from your ego

When is your ego not “at work”?

When you sleep. When you have deep conversations within during meditations or prayers or mindfulness moments. When you express your gratitude.

Those are moments when your ego has no control and cannot even disguise like a wolf into a sheep.

Those are moments when you can let go.

Those are moments when you can listen and hear your Truth and the Truth.

Those are moments when the Universe is doing, and you allow it.

Those are moments of recovery and salvation from your ego’s work.

Those are moments of releasing the toxic energies.

Those are moments when you tap into Higher Consciousness energy allowing you to co-create as soon as you step out but before your ego steps in again.

The ego is our ally in learning our life lessons to expand among other things, yet sometimes it is good to know how to step away from it’s control to take a little break.

Remember to Breathe in, let go of your ego-based thoughts and vision, see from your Soul and Love Out.
