Own your mindset

Being grateful is easy when things are fun and going like you want. It can become a challenge when life is not so positive and ego-based perfect. Having a positive state of mind might not be the state you find yourself into then. And that’s okay. Owning our emotions and feeling them is part of our learnings to see and master our life lessons.

It is the getting back or not to a positive mindset and shifting the energy to a better one that makes the difference in the healing and self-esteem and self-love and self-care.

Are you struggling to find things to be grateful for?

Are you struggling to have and maybe keep a positive mindset?

Did you know you can develop a positive mindset through developing a gratitude attitude?

Did you know you can do that without effort and without faking it?

When you learn how to integrate gratitude effortlessly, which can be done even through tears, you are effortlessly learning to develop a positive mindset.

I’ve been there so I know how difficult it can be at time. I had more than three decades of pure learning and mastering how to mindfully have a positive mindset and a genuine Gratitude Attitude, an unconditional one.

Yes, it was learning in progress, and by steps, to know how to overcome all the obstacles, my obstacles at the time I encountered them. 

I don’t know about you, but when I am learning something, I like to put in into practice and more than anything, understanding what and why I am learning it, so it makes sense to me. I am a walk the talk kind of woman, so I had my share of experiences to become a master and expert in developing a Gratitude Attitude.

People close to me and old coworkers and friends can tell you that I am grateful and find gratitude no matter what life throws at me. Although I don’t see it as throwing anything at me, but more saying yes to the energy I am offering, but I wanted to use words that might resonate more in your now.

This personal and deep learning became my teaching method to help you achieve the same goals: feel better, understand how to be more positive, see more positivity in your life, become more grateful without pretending to be, shift your energy in a quick mindful moment to stop feeding your ego-based thoughts. I know all the shenanigans of our beautiful ego that is our ally and not an enemy to control.

Breathe in, let go of your ego-based thoughts and vision, see from your soul, and Love Out.
