Have you ever experienced a situation when it was very difficult to see clearly about what to think of or what to do?
When in such situation, it is only at peace that you can have a clear vision and that you can listen to your inner guidance. It is important to take the time to stop and become the observer of your own situation. It is important that you take the time to stop… period. It is important to let go and trust.
Whether it is a minute, a day or any time it takes, to see clearly can happen in an instant and it might also be some work in progress as you do not always know what will come next… until all the conditions are there.
When your mind is at peace, it becomes easier to see clearly. When you have worries or when you hesitate on something… take the time to clear your mind so you can have peace of mind and a clearer vision.
Sometimes that clear vision will come as an image, but it can also come as an intuition or an inspired action. Your intuitive guidance will become easier to hear when your mind is at peace… hear and listen to… and easier to follow.
Stillness is the present moment to awareness. The present moment is when you are at peace with your surrounding and all it contains and when you try not to see clearly… through a veil.
Focus on your peace of mind. Learn how to focus on your peace of mind. Work at focusing on your peace of mind… and you will always be in the present moment… or almost always.
