Do you take the time to take the time?
Is your schedule so full that there is not even a little space to enjoy doing nothing?
Do you truly take the time to observe what is?
Taking the time to stay in the present moment does not mean that you are not planning your future and not dreaming about those beautiful trips you would like to take, it means looking at what is around you, the ideas coming to you, the publicity you see and that suddenly seems to talk to you, the conversations people start and that you normally would not like to continue rushing away.
It also means taking the time to listen to people, to the words said and unsaid, instead of formulating your answer while they are talking.
Take the time to take the time.
All these little things are “the present moment” that the Universe puts on your way to make your future your reality, to plan this trip, to continue working on your projects, to better your relationships and partnerships or simply to allow you to deepen your personal development.
Take the time to take the time is a beautiful synonym of concentration.
Allow yourself the time to take the time.
Please read it again very slowly… allow yourself the time to take the time.
When you take the time, you show appreciation and interest.
When you take the time to take the time, you focus your attention in the now.
When you take the time to take the time, you allow yourself to be, you allow others to be.
When you take the time to take the time, you make yourself and your present moment as important as the next minute or the next day; and the situation you share with others important as well.
Taking the time to take the time is also a great way to practice patience away from your ego-based mind.
I am inviting you to be the observer of yourself about this to see if you know how to live in your present moment.
Remember to Breathe in, let go of your ego-based thoughts and vision, see from your Soul and Love Out.
