Entering a new phase of your life can bring a lot of emotions. Emotions that may set the tempo for this new adventure. Which is why, it is very important to do a little introspection to make sure you are heading towards a successful experience instead of a recurring pattern. Repeating what works only. I do this, and I encourage you to do the same.
Listening to your Inner guidance might seem like learning another language for many. Listening to the voice of your heart, the voice of your intuitive mind may seem like a spiritual development for others. Actually, it is a little bit of both.
The more you will be aligned with your Authentic Self, the better you will hear your Inner compass directing you in the right direction, showing you the right next action, bringing to you the right person to partner with.
There will be simple things in this learning that you will understand easily like in any new language you learn, and there will be some things requiring changes in your belief system, more work and time to truly understand them.
It is always good to have someone helping you when you go through major changes when embarking on a new adventure. Do not hesitate if you wish to have a mentor, a teacher, or any professional help, which can come very handy for those moments.
Be curious and be prepared to allow your ego-based mind to take the passenger seat once a while.
No one is to Wise to miss this step when entering a new part of their journey.
When entering the Dreamer’s Journey, be open to the unexpected. The less limit you enter with, the more creative you will be, and the better result you will achieve.
Allow the Universe to guide you instead of allowing the Ego to guide you where it wants to go.
You can have the dream you desire, but let the Universe guide the way and open doors for you, because it knows the unknown your Ego cannot access.
The best way to trust yourself is to become aligned with your Authentic Self.
To enjoy this new adventure in your mindfulness journey, take the time to sit down and see what you know about your ego, and how it has driven you sometimes where you did not wish to go, but you still found yourself ending up there.
Take the time to write down a few things you found yourself into while it was not in your heart to get there, or to this point. This can help you be aware that your ego-based mind was driving and in control, making you be on the passenger seat of your life. It’s okay. It brought you to experiences filled with personal life lessons to learn and master.
Learn to enjoy your true purpose and let the new adventure begin!
Remember to Breathe in, let go of your ego-based thoughts and vision, see from your Soul and Love Out.
